During my stay, I was thrilled with how close we were to Music City Mall and the Ellen Noel Art Museum, which made our afternoon city strolls so enjoyable and convenient while exploring each destination on foot. Although the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, there could be improvements in ensuring the rooms are prepared properly before guests arrive.

I stayed here for a couple of nights and the convenience of location was a major plus, being close to my family. However, the night attendant wasn't very friendly at all. Asking questions led to rude responses. Room 434 had no A/C, which made it uncomfortable. I moved to room 425, but it had a filthy toilet with remnants under the rim, and the microwave didn't work. Cleanliness of the room clearly wasn’t checked before my arrival. Overall, I was really disappointed, especially since I was there for my brother's funeral.

Conveniently located, the King Studio felt spacious and well-maintained. The homemade soups served at breakfast were a standout, and the staff, especially Sofia at the front desk, were welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, noise from nearby traffic was disruptive, and the Wi-Fi connection was frustratingly weak during my stay. Additionally, the availability of only one elevator made access a bit challenging during peak times.
